Welcome to the Louisiana Energy and Economic Data (LEED) Portal. By accessing and using this portal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Legislative Authority

This portal was developed pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statute 36:358, as amended by Act 727 of the 2024 Regular Legislative Session, which directs the Louisiana Office of Energy to work in cooperation with the LSU Center for Energy Studies to create and carry out a central, comprehensive, and unified energy data and information program for public use.

Permitted Uses

You are granted permission to access and use the materials and datasets on this portal for:
